One and a half month after dropping eight places in the OCDE rankings it seems that Colombia, according to this year's Global Competitiveness Index, is up from 69th to 66th (thanks to Juan José Sarue from Atlántico Competitivo for pointing that to me). In view of this, one has the right to ask how is that we see such different outcomes in each of these rankings -- and others as well. But I don't want to ruin myself my midday break, so I shall post about this another day.
