PRISM back in focus

As I said in the very first post of my blog, the PRISM scandal would have further consequences and these would come up in months to follow. I was perfectly right in my suspicions as you can see on this week's revelations about the US spying France first thing, and later in the week the news that even chancelor Merkel had been heard by the US intelligence services. You can ony laugh about it all. I can only imagine Merkel yelling to Obama on the phone and he answering back in a naughty-child tone... "Sorry, Angie, won't happen anymore... Hhhhhh..."

I am happy that, while I know I am being profusely read from the US intelligence services when my posts contain some "red words" (I know that from my blog stats, of course), others like president Hollande or chancellor Merkel are being spied as well. This puts us on the same ground doesn't it? And, after all, we in Europe insist soooo much on equality that we should be thankful to our friends from across the ocean in helping us with that.

Nevertheless, this show goes on... can't wait for the next headline about the topic...
